Position Summary:  

We seek an ambitious and hardworking person to join the growing Compass Service team.  In this role, you will be the lead and the first line of contact for the entire property. The site manager facilitates effective communication between residents, building management, maintenance, the entire Compass staff and the Compass administration.   

Key Responsibilities:    

  • Conducts on-going training, mentoring & coaching techniques with the entire staff.
  • Identifies future staffing needs and assists in the scheduling process.
  • Ensures consistent & proper front desk and doorman coverage and fills in as needed.
  • Reviews job candidates and provides feedback and recommendations.
  • Creates various Weekly Site Reports.
  • ​Weekly duties include coverage as either a front desk concierge or a doorman /valet

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience Required:

  • College graduate preferred. 
  • At least three years of management experience.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Experience with Building Management / Concierge Services a plus.
