Position Summary:
The Curbside Ambassador shall strive to provide vibrant service artfully delivered to both residents and guests at all times. They will be responsible for exemplifying the Compass Service Culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Serves as the first point of customer service contact to our residents, their guests, building vendors and potential residents
Provides valet parking service to residents & guests
Ensures the security of the building and company assets
Manages guest & resident traffic at the front of the apartment complex
Provides directions & information about the hotel and the City of Baltimore
Provides assistance with luggage for residents arriving or leaving
Closely coordinates activity with the Front Desk as well as the other staff
Maintains a clean and orderly appearance of the work area at all times
Notifies the Front Desk of Vendor, Guest & VIP arrivals whenever possible
