THIS APPLICATION IS FOR FRONT DESK POSITION IN THE WASHINGTON DC METRO REGION

The primary purpose of a concierge is to ensure that the needs of the client (the property management company) and the building’s residents are fully accommodated. The critical objective of this position is to provide exceptional service. They are well versed in the local business, service venues and special community events.

This position is the first point of contact for the entire property. The concierge facilitates effective communication between residents, building management, leasing agents, maintenance, housekeeping, vendors, Compass site supervisors and Compass administrative operations.
