We seek an ambitious and hardworking person to join the growing Compass Service team. In this role, you will be the lead and the first line of contact for the entire property. The site manager facilitates effective communication between residents, building management, maintenance, the entire Compass staff and the Compass administration.
Knowledge, Skills, & Experience Required:
The primary responsibility of the Concierge Site Manager is to ensure that the needs of the client (the property management company) and the building’s residents are fully accommodated by the entire staff. The critical objective is to provide excellent customer service.
